She first joined Husk Charleston as a line cook in 2011. Recognized for her burgeoning talents, she then moved from Charleston to Nashville, where she joined the team as Husk Nashville’s Chef de Partie, and was then later promoted to Executive Sous Chef. She is now the Executive Chef at Husk Nashville.

Nowadays, staying with one restaurant for a long time is very rare. What was her reason? And how did her passion of Southern cooking intertwine with her love of ballet and Dolly Parton?
